Chimaki is a dumpling made of sticky rice wrapped in a bamboo leaf. Kashiwa-

mochi is also a rice dumpling with sweetened bean paste wrapped in an oak leaf. They are famous Japanese traditional sweets to be eaten especially in Childrens’ day.
